It can happen to any of us, getting to that point in our career where we don’t know what to do next. And then suddenly, that lack of direction can turn into the feeling of being stuck.

Steve Jobs once said, “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.”
When I read this quote, I thought about how it could be applied to one’s career, especially if you are at a stage where you’re considering making changes or getting clearer on your career direction.
