How do you rejuvenate?

What a pleasure it is when you can schedule in moments of ease and rejuvenation in your week.

Filled with pauses where you get to slow down and just BE.

One of the topics that like to talk about, but haven’t in a while is the need for space and a sense of balance. Not work-life-balance, per se but creating a sense of space that balances and offsets the busy moments (ahem – busy stretches.)

One of my favourite things to do is to get into nature – even for a short while. (If you need a ‘quick-fix’ I highly recommend this!)

A walk in nature clears my head, calms me, and there’s a quiet energy in the forest, in a field, or by the sea that’s a perfect interruption for a busy mind or a busy schedule.

What is your go-to when you want to un-wind, get grounded, shift gears and be rejuvenated?

How are you making space for that today and this week?

How will you create some interruptions for your busy work mind?

One way to interrupt the busy work mind is also by learning. Exposing yourself to new ideas and to new inspiration.

If you want to nourish your brain with some new ideas for your business, I’m holding a training for founders and business owners this Wednesday May 4th and Wednesday May 11th on how to create capacity for long-term growth.

So, if you want to make space for learning, please join me!

NOW is YOUR time,
